Due to the nature of our products, and health concerns the Bliss Shop strives to maintain a “best in class” return policy.

The Bliss Shop carries quality products from industry leaders in manufacturing and research. Products are extensively tested prior to ever being approved for the retail market. The Bliss Shop offers a “good, better, best” product line up meaning that while all products are of a good quality, there is a price range to accommodate shoppers of all budgets.

What does this mean?

The Bliss Shop will for 30 days from the date of purchase honor the following promises to you- our valued customer.

Just Not Satisfied!
The Bliss Shop does its best to offer excellent product images and descriptions, but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, simply contact The Bliss Shop, (within 72 hours is best, but if you're busy we understand) to receive an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization) and ship your product back. The Bliss Shop will provide store credit. (less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping expenses for the new products purchased with the provided store credit).

Defective Product
Simply contact The Bliss Shop for an RMA, and we will have the replacement product ready to go when your returned product arrives. You may also choose to use the value of the product towards a new purchase, and this time there is no restocking fee and the shipping is on us, that is how confident we are in the quality of our products. The product will be inspected and must have a legitimate manufacturer's defect. The Bliss Shop will do what it takes to ensure that we have satisfied, blissful customers!
